SHIPPING DETAILS: Shipment will be either USPS, DHL, UPS or FedX. Some larger items will ship via DHL or UPS Ground service. Orders generally require 1-2 business day(s) processing time before item is shipped. If shipping to a PO BOX, AK, APO, HI, or PR, please email us autosounds4less@yahoo.com for the proper shipping rates before purchasing.

Please Note:
* Full payment must be received & cleared by 12:00pm PST (M-F) before item will ship.
* Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday
* 2-3 Day is an optional upgraded shipping method and must be selected at time of purchase
* All applicable surcharges will be added when shipping to PO BOX, AK, APO, HI, PR
* Add 2-4 Days for shipping to AK,PR, HI
* Add 3-6 Weeks for PO BOX/ APO

Expected Delivery Time for Orders
Total Delivery Time for Orders consists of two parts:

Processing Time is from the time your order is placed to the time the item(s) leave the warehouse

Shipping Time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. (Varies on the shipping method chosen during checkout)

CUSTOM DUTY, IMPORT TAX, VAT: International customers please be aware, there may be import duties or taxes assessed by your government for importing our products to your country. Customer is solely responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your government.

BACK ORDER POLICY: Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are out of stock, we will notify buyer within 24 hrs, and those items will ship when back order item is available or buyer can choose to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. Back ordered items are kept open for 30 days. We strive to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible, and only list items we have on hand. However, there will be times that errors in inventory count will occur, and by purchasing from us, buyer agrees to not hold us responsible for any loss of time or usage of such items.

WARRANTY & RETURNS: We allow a return for a refund within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must include all original items , unused, undamaged, in re-salable condition, with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. There will be a 20% restocking fees for all returns. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any shipping related damage to us within 7 days of receiving item(s).

Most items carries a 1 year warranty with autosoundswarehouse.com and we are in no way affiliated with the manufacturer (unless noted otherwise) of any name brands sold in our web store. Warranty will be void if the item has been misused or abused. Services defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders , damaged back plates, or water/flood damage. Any items submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Damage due to improper installation. Subsequent damage to other components. Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation. Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse. Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse. Burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former). Punctured or damaged surrounds. Broken speaker terminals. Bent, chipped or broken frames. Ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Any cost or expense related to the removal or re-installation of product. Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion. Electronics damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion. Items previously repaired or modified by any unauthorized repair facility. Return shipping on defective or non-defective items. Products with tampered or missing labels or specific manufacturer serial numbers, tags or labels.

FREIGHT DAMAGE: Goods damaged due to shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Price Match Guarantee - Lowest Price Guarantee: As one of the best established online retailers in the market, we are proud to match any online competitor's price. Whatever price you can find online for an item identical to what we carry, WE MATCH IT.

How to take advantage of this offer?

Select the product(s) and place your order as usual.

Input the URL for the competitor's product page for the matching item in the Comment field at Checkout. Make sure that you have entered the correct URL before submitting your order. We will not be responsible for errors in the URL submitted or orders submitted by mistake.

Note: An order that fails to include the URL for the product to match will be processed as a regular order. The product page for which the URL is given MUST have both a product image AND a clearly stated price.

Once your claim has be authenticated by us, a discount equivalent to the price difference will be subtracted from the total amount of the product price. Be aware that the shipping and handling charge may become applicable as a result of the reduced price.

Conditions:

This offer is applicable to online store prices only.

Wholesale prices with a minimum quantity requirement greater than one are not acceptable.

The price for a product not available is invalid.

The competitor's matching product(s) must be identical to the product you order from us.

No coupons will be acceptable for price matching orders.

Allow 24 hours to verify your price matching information.

We are not responsible for invalid URL provided or removal of the matching product web page within 24 hours.

If an order includes both price matching and none price matching items, only the price matching item(s) indicated will qualify for discount.

We reserve the right to cancel any price matching order with unverifiable information.

If either the URL provided were invalid or the product were found to be not identical at our sole discretion, your order would be canceled. In case of cancellation of your order for any reason, you will be notified by email.

Online auction prices are not acceptable.

The guarantee does not apply to our competitors' pricing on:

Offers that include financing, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors and mail-in offers

Items that are limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, Outlet Center, refurbished/used items and items for sale Thanksgiving day through the Saturday after Thanksgiving

AutoSoundsWarehouse.com shall not be held liable for any damages to equipment and/or personal injury or death stemming from the use or inability to operate products listed on this site whether or not AutoSoundsWarehouse.com is aware of potential damages. AutoSoundsWarehouse.com shall not be held liable for a claim in contract, tort, or indemnity arising from any product it sells. AutoSoundsWarehouse.com shall not be held liable for third party claims for damages related to product malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, or for exemplary damages, even if AutoSoundsWarehouse.com is aware of the potential of such damages. In addition, customers shall assume any costs related to servicing, repair and correction of a misused product.

Typographical/Photographical Errors
AutoSoundsWarehouse.com is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. AutoSoundsWarehouse.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any reason, including but not limited to typographical and/or photographical errors. Prices, specifications and images are subject to change without notice.

Product Updates
Though unusual in nature, product information displayed on AutoSoundsWarehouse.com may become outdated without prior notice due to unanticipated changes brought on by the manufacturer. In an effort to serve our customers we strive to keep up to date with any revisions, however, as a reseller we depend on manufacturers for updates in regards to any alterations, as such, we are not responsible for any variations in product specifications. We may experience a lag in discovering and/or publishing such changes. This may include, but it is not limited to, new editions of otherwise identical models, revised specs, variations in color or appearance, changes in a products packaging materials and contents, or any other changes brought on by the original manufacturer.

Rights of Refusal
AutoSoundsWarehouse.com reserves the right to refuse service, including but not limited to, order fulfillment, customer support, and technical support, for any reason. AutoSoundsWarehouse.com order invoice does not represent an actual acceptance of an order nor does it represent an offer to sell, rather, we reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, even after an order invoice is issued.

Sales Taxes
All orders shipped within California will be charged with the state sales tax. Customers ordering items to be shipped outside of California are responsible for all sales taxes and duties as assessed by their respective legislative authorities.

Shipping Risks
AutoSoundsWarehouse.com will provide customers with tracking information including expected shipping dates, but AutoSoundsWarehouse.com will not be held responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to (but not limited to) natural disasters, acts of federal, state or local government, fires, floods, strikes, lockouts, freight embargoes, and acts of God. Customers can pursue claims for lost and damaged packages through the shipping courier. As a courtesy to our customers, we assist you in pursuing a claim with the shipping courier in regards to lost or damaged packages. Pursuing a claim does not guarantee or imply a favorable outcome for the customer, as the shipping courier investigates and judges each claim on a case by case basis.
