Customer is solely responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your government. BACK ORDER POLICY: Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are out of stock, we will notify buyer within 24 hrs, and those items will ship when back order item is available or buyer can choose to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. Back ordered items are kept open for 30 days. We strive to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible, and only list items we have on hand. However, there will be times that errors in inventory count will occur, and by purchasing from us, buyer agrees to not hold us responsible for any loss of time or usage of such items. WARRANTY & RETURNS: We allow a return for a refund within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must include all original items , unused, undamaged, in re-salable condition, with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. There will be a 20% restocking fees for all returns. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any shipping related damage to us within 7 days of receiving item(s). Warranty will be void if the item has been misused or abused. Services defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders , damaged back plates, or water/flood damage. Any items submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Damage due to improper installation. Subsequent damage to other components. Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation. Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse. Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse. Burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former). Punctured or damaged surrounds. Broken speaker terminals. Bent, chipped or broken frames. Ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Any cost or expense related to the removal or re-installation of product. Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion. Electronics damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion. Items previously repaired or modified by any unauthorized repair facility. Return shipping on defective or non-defective items. Products with tampered or missing labels or specific manufacturer serial numbers, tags or labels. FREIGHT DAMAGE: Goods damaged due to shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
